 We are excited to announce an update to the upcoming Tron roller coaster that is set to open in 2021, just in time for Magic Kingdoms 50th anniversary. Due to the pending construction The Tomorrowland Speedway and the Walt Disney World Railroad will have a disruption of service. According to a post on the official Disney Parks Blog, starting this coming December, the railroad will suspend its around-the-park cycles of Magic Kingdom and temporarily take up residence at the Main Street Station. Disney says there will be new photo ops during the closure as well. Also, for 2019, the track for for Tomorrowland Speedway will be adjusted and will reopen at some point in the summer.  Hi, my name is Monica. I have three wonderful children, two of whom are married and one who is leaving for college. I have also been blessed with three beautiful grandchildren. I have had the opportunity to vacation in Walt Disney World since I was a young girl. As a young college graduate, I was enamored with the prospect of working there. I became a cast member after graduation and enjoyed experiences that many only dream of. Soon after, a different love would steal my heart, and I left the magical land to raise a family with my own Prince Charming. Now that the last of our children is heading away to college, I was ready to rewrite this fairy tale with a whole new twist. My husband has told me that I've been a vacation planner for a long time and never knew it, as others have come to me for vacationing advice for a number of years.
