Mickey Mouse All Natural Frozen Dog Treats

Combining two of our favorite things, our dog Nemo and Mickey Mouse, we decided to make some healthy all natural frozen dog treats that he could enjoy on these hot summer days. To start you will need peanut butter powder (although regular p.b. would work just fine) one banana, organic coconut oil, the Mickey Mouse silicone ice cube tray, and organic coconut cooking spray so the treats pop out nicely. 

You are going to use one cup of softened organic coconut oil, one cup of peanut butter powder, one small banana (I did not want to run the risk of the dog  getting constipated). Place your peeled banana, peanut butter powder and organic coconut oil into the bowl and mash it all together until creamy. Lightly spray the Mickey Mouse silicone tray with the organic coconut cooking spray and fill with the treat mixture with a spoon. Then place the tray in the freezer for a few hours. I was able to pop mine right out of the tray very easily and put them all into a Ziploc bag and label for future use. We give Nemo one a day. Coconut oil has so many health benefits there is far to much to list but here is a few: reduces allergic reactions and improves skin health, improves digestion and nutrient absorption, reduces or eliminates bad breath in dogs and so much more!
