Booking Window: July 23-Oct. 3, 2014 Travel Window: Oct. 4-Nov. 25 and Nov. 29-Dec. 23, 2014 Ask your Swept Away Travel Planner today for more inf  It has been reported (and not officially) that WDW will close the standby line for the Meet and Greet for Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairy Tale Hall in Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom starting today July 23rd 2014. Standby waits have exceed over 300 minutes and FastPass+ reservations getting scooped up in minutes with the recent overwhelming popularity of Disneys hit animated movie Frozen. From the source Temporary Tourist, they are stating that starting at the park opening at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, July 23rd, Cast Members will allow guests to fill the standby line to its capacity, which is the shield just on the outside of the Hall. Once full, the line to Anna and Elsa will be considered closed. Guests who arrive after the line has been filled will be directed to Magic Kingdom Park Support, who will be located on the other side of the Courtyard Carrousel. Each guest will receive a pass with a comeback time on a “first come first serve” basis. The comeback time printed on each ticket will have a 30 minute window in which to return and enter the standby line to see Anna and Elsa. Once a guest has come back to Princess Fairy Tall Hall and enters the line, Disney expects the maximum wait to approximately 30 minutes. We will fill you in with more information at days end to see if this did happen and if so what future plans are. Stay Tuned! At this time, starting December 1st 2014 The Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party in Magic Kingdom will be making reservations at 6pm regardless of the Wishes firework time. The Dessert party will start an hour prior to the fireworks show. Guests are being told to call two weeks prior for the time of the fireworks as well as the Dessert Party opening. 7/21/2014 0 Comments Disney Vacation Planning Party What better way to spend a night with other Disney obsessed fans than to host a Disney Vacation Planning Party! Not only was the party fun, but preparing for it was a blast! Jenny, a Swept Away Travel Planner and my sister, worked feverishly on building an amazingly huge and beautiful Mickey Mouse head which was made by three hola hoops and plastic table cloth strips. For food, we had Frozen and Minnie Mouse themed cupcakes, Mickey Ears taco dip, and Frozen white chocolate dipped marshmallows dipped in blue sparkle sprinkles! Let's not forget, our beverage was melted snow!
As our guests arrived we placed a sticker on their back (without them seeing it) and it had the name of a Disney themed character written on it. Our guests then had to mingle and ask other guests questions about the character on their back in order to figure out the answer and the first person to figure it out won a $25.00 Disney gift card. Through the night we had several other raffles for additional gift cards and two amazingly packed baskets with Disney vacation must have items (such as Mickey ears, autograph book and pen, suntan lotion, Passporter's Walt Disney World 2014 book, Disney towels, Mickey Mouse water containers, bandaids and more!) We played a fun Disney trivia game and chatted about out of the box ways to save money while you plan your vacation. We were also lucky enough to have a very knowledgable representative from Thirty-One on hand to go over her awesome line of bags and some handy packing tips, packing for a flight with children, and creative ideas for carting around your packed bag in the parks with stroller attachments and such. The night was a success and everyone who came out had something to offer as far as fantastic advice to share with each other which was great!
